OUR HISTORY

 Swapp Construction was established in 1986 by Dennis C Swapp and Bill Marks with the help of Lance Swapp. The company’s primary work consisted of building roads, aggregate manufacturing, and retention dam construction for the U.S. government as well as for large logging companies in the area.
After a major downturn in the local economy during the mid-90’s, Swapp Construction turned their attentions toward the mining industry and added drilling and blasting roads to their ever growing list of talents.   Swapp Construction has now expanded its base to include earthwork involving rock crushing, mass excavation, environmental, and reclamation to name a few and focuses on being a diverse contractor for the mining industry using time tested values: Honesty, Hard Work, Safety, Team Work, Trust, and Vision.
